Join our team at HealthLinkNow as a California Licensed Clinical Therapist (LCSW/LPCC/LMFT) in a remote, full-time Lead Therapist role.

About the Role

HealthLinkNow, part of Universal Health Services, is seeking an experienced, patient-focused Licensed Telehealth Therapist to provide exceptional mental health services, including individual, family, and group therapy, across all ages.

Position Details

• Fully remote, W-2 position with full benefits.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Pacific Time.
• Manage caseloads, provide mental health and chemical dependency treatment, and support program development under supervision of the Clinical Manager.
• Lead group therapy sessions and facilitate clinical staff meetings.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and create individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct telehealth sessions, with at least 20% of weekly responsibilities dedicated to direct patient care.
• Assist in obtaining necessary credentials and licensure in additional states as needed.

Qualifications

• Active clinical licensure in California (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LMHC).
• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field.
• Experience providing individual, group, and family therapy.
• Comfortable with telehealth technology and remote management of patients.
