We seek a compassionate therapist who shares our mission to transform behavioral health care. You will focus on actionable skills and building healthy, lifelong habits through structured, evidence-based protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Licensed as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California
  • Ability to maintain a consistent schedule (40 hours/week, Monday-Friday)
  • Eligible to enroll as a provider in Medicare or able to terminate opt-out prior to starting

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience conducting psychotherapy using CBT, DBT, and other solution-focused approaches

You will enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S., tackling meaningful challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver remote care through an 8-week evidence-based program
  2. Monitor participant progress, follow up, coordinate care, and document sessions
  3. Assist participants with accessing resources, obtaining consent, and authorization forms
  4. Respond to high-risk situations following company protocols
  5. Participate in team meetings, supervision, and Town Halls
  6. Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA policies and complete annual training

Salary Range: $59,500 - $116,600 annually, based on factors like experience, education, and location. Benefits include comprehensive packages, incentives, stock options, and 401k contributions. Benefits are subject to eligibility.
