Job summary

Cit Group in Franklin, WI seeks a Calibration Technician to monitor and coordinate tool and equipment calibration per schedules and preventive maintenance. You will maintain records, coordinate with suppliers, and support data analysis and continuous improvement efforts.

The role requires 1 year calibration experience to ISO 9001 standards, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Some overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; one year calibration experience preferred.
• Experience operating to ISO 9001 standards is preferred as applicable.
• Knowledge of SAP and MS Office is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support calibration process development, record control, and communication.
• Perform basic calibration for hand tools and equipment following work instructions.
• Maintain master calibration database with complete records.
• Coordinate calibration activities with suppliers for on-site and off-site work.
• Monitor data collection, quality trends, and continuous improvement boards.
