Job Title: In-Store / Onsite Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced In-Store / Onsite Manager to oversee small to medium-scale projects through all phases. This is a working supervisor role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects onsite, ensuring all phases are completed successfully.
- Establish and monitor administrative procedures for each project.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and team members.
- Interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through strong time management.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external partners.
- Oversee team efforts, promote teamwork, and assign tasks appropriately.
- Provide performance feedback and coach team members.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed, minimizing risks.
- Manage project documentation, reports, and records accurately.
- Coordinate employee time recording and monitor timekeeping systems.
- Oversee merchandising activities, including product placement and signage.
- Troubleshoot and calibrate paint tinting machines, ensuring accurate dispensing.
- Handle and clean hazardous spills safely.
- Prioritize tasks to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue.
- Escalate issues appropriately and seek guidance when needed.
- Spend additional hours beyond regular schedule as required.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) and smartphone devices.
- High school diploma or GED; higher education or proven experience preferred.
- Experience managing onsite retail operations (minimum 3 years).
- Knowledge of testing, calibration, and setup of paint equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve onsite issues swiftly.
- Own basic hand tools; familiarity with power tools.
- Excellent communication and professionalism.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Willingness to travel and work variable hours.
