Job Title: In-Store / Onsite Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced In-Store / Onsite Manager to oversee small to medium-scale projects through all phases. This is a working supervisor role.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage projects onsite, ensuring all phases are completed successfully.
2. Establish and monitor administrative procedures for each project.
3. Maintain effective communication with clients and team members.
4. Interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
5. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
6. Ensure high customer satisfaction through strong time management.
7. Communicate effectively with internal and external partners.
8. Oversee team efforts, promote teamwork, and assign tasks appropriately.
9. Provide performance feedback and coach team members.
10. Ensure safety protocols are followed, minimizing risks.
11. Manage project documentation, reports, and records accurately.
12. Coordinate employee time recording and monitor timekeeping systems.
13. Oversee merchandising activities, including product placement and signage.
14. Troubleshoot and calibrate paint tinting machines, ensuring accurate dispensing.
15. Handle and clean hazardous spills safely.
16. Prioritize tasks to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue.
17. Escalate issues appropriately and seek guidance when needed.
18. Spend additional hours beyond regular schedule as required.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) and smartphone devices.
• High school diploma or GED; higher education or proven experience preferred.
• Experience managing onsite retail operations (minimum 3 years).
• Knowledge of testing, calibration, and setup of paint equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve onsite issues swiftly.
• Own basic hand tools; familiarity with power tools.
• Excellent communication and professionalism.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Willingness to travel and work variable hours.
