Job Summary:The Calibration Technician will ensure accurate calibrations for various process instruments used to manufacture pharmaceutical products. Process instruments may include: Pressure sensors, Temperature sensors, Flow meters, Autoclaves, Centrifuges, and Reactors.
Job Duties:

• Perform calibrations on process instruments used in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Identify measurement errors and calculate uncertainties.
• Prepare detailed calibration reports.
• Communicate with stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
• Assist with measurement and traceability questions.

Qualifications:

• At least 2+ years of Metrology and/or Calibration experience is needed.
• Knowledge of measurement practices and quality systems.
• Experience calibrating and servicing pharmaceutical process instruments such as pressure sensors, temperature sensors, flow meters, autoclaves, centrifuges, reactors, etc.
• Analytical skills for interpreting schematics and calibration procedures.
• Excellent communication and team skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
