Job summary

This role sits on the Quality Engineering team and collaborates with product development, production, and field operations to ensure calibration accuracy and traceability.

You will define milestones, manage a roadmap, and implement new technologies to enhance calibration efficiency.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate degree in Science/Engineering or similar technical field.
• Experience managing calibration in a large production environment.
• Experience with 3rd party calibration vendors.
• Experience with automated calibration tools/software.
• Knowledge of AS9100/AS6500 standards and their application in calibration processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and drive improvements in core calibration activities for calibrated devices.
• Define milestones, develop execution plans, and monitor progress for quality standards in calibration improvements.
• Develop and implement a strategic In‑House Calibration Roadmap.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve calibration efficiency.
• Manage calibration database, locations, and tool ownership updates.
• Improve processes to ensure equipment rotations do not starve users or production.
• Support calibration procedures, training, and audits across sites.
• Contribute to calibration plans, training materials, and performance metrics.
