Job summary

Teradyne is a global leader in test and automation technology, seeking an engineering leader for the Precision Electronics Calibration team. You will guide calibration software and algorithms for digital, DC, and AC/RF measurement in SOC test platforms, and lead a team of calibration engineers.

You will partner with hardware, software, manufacturing, quality, and product teams to ensure scalable calibration methods meet customer needs, improve accuracy, reduce cycle time, and boost manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical/computer engineering, or computer science.
• 8+ years of engineering experience, with team leadership.
• Experience delivering production-quality software, algorithms, or instrumentation.
• Strong collaboration across hardware, software, manufacturing, QA, and product teams.
• Fluent in guiding calibration software and data analysis in cross-functional settings.

Responsibilities

• Guide calibration software and algorithm roadmap for precision electronics.
• Lead and develop a team of hardware and software calibration engineers.
• Lead automated calibration algorithm development to improve accuracy & reduce time.
• Oversee integration of calibration routines into IG-XL and maintenance workflows.
• Use SPC and failure trends to identify improvements and reduce downtime.
• Partner with hardware, software, manufacturing, quality, and product teams.
