• Coordinate all Departmental Accreditation activities to ensure CALEA compliance.
• Develop and maintain the General Orders Manual (GOM) and lead accreditation program management.
• Research, plan and implement long- and short-range initiatives for the agency.
• Plan, assign and supervise bureau activities within policy and guidelines.
• Maintain liaison with Office of the Sheriff, other agencies, and County Government.
