Job summary

Heluna Health is seeking a Staff Analyst to support the CalAIM Community Supports program. The role focuses on planning, data collection, and coordinating with managed care plans and program managers to ensure timely referrals and accurate reporting.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience with data analytics, and the ability to manage complex partnerships within a multi-agency environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Sciences, Business Administration, Counseling, Public Health, or Social Work plus four years of relevant experience.
• Master's Degree may substitute for one year of experience.
• Six years of relevant experience can substitute for the degree requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CalAIM referrals and data collection for the CS program.
• Develop workflows, trackers, and staff training for program implementation.
• Represent the ODR at partner meetings and document action items.
• Ensure data accuracy, reporting, and cross-database analysis.
• Supervise clerical and administrative staff as needed.
