Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required unless waived by HR.
• One year baking experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Ability to operate kitchen and bakery equipment, and read and understand baking specifications and recipes.
• Pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background check, gaming license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory of bakery supplies.
• Ensure quality and presentation of cakes, pies, pastries and other baked goods.
• Set up and maintain stations according to prep sheets and sanitation standards.
• Keep kitchen safe and clean; report hazards.
• Transport/deliver products as required.
• Review quality/quantity of goods received by the bakery.
• Prepare and fill pans, set oven temperatures, and bake items.
