Job summary

The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Froster role ensures high-quality cake frosting following our proprietary recipe and safety standards. You will frost cakes with precision using standard tools, manage pre-orders and display standards, and keep a clean, well-stocked workstation. Adherence to NbC policies and punctuality are essential.

Training and development are offered along with flexible scheduling and employee discounts to support this role in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Qualifications

• Follows NbC frosting recipe with precision and adheres to application methods.
• Uses measuring instruments, mixer, and pastry bag to frost cakes.
• Prioritizes pre-orders and frosts walk-in cakes accordingly.
• Keeps frosting supplies at par levels and monitors inventory.
• Labels, packs, and stores frosted cakes properly.
• Maintains sanitation, logs, and workstation readiness.
• Complies with health and safety guidelines and NbC policies.
• Maintains attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Follows NbC frosting recipe and application methods with precision to meet productivity goals.
• Utilizes measuring tools, mixers, pastry bags to frost cakes.
• Prioritizes cake pre-orders and frost walk-in orders as scheduled.
• Ensures samples and frosted cakes are available for display and guests.
• Keeps frosting supplies stocked and maintains frosting/refrigeration logs.
• Monitors inventory and notifies management when replenishment is needed.
• Evaluates baked/frosted cakes for NbC standards and reports issues.
• Cleans, sanitizes and restocks workstation; assists Dishwasher if needed.
• Adheres to health/safety guidelines and NbC dress code.
• Maintains consistent attendance and punctuality.
