Qualifications

• Ability to follow standardized frosting recipes precisely.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Follows NbC frosting recipe and methods with precision to meet productivity goals.
• Uses measuring tools, commercial mixer, and pastry bag to frost cakes.
• Prioritizes pre-orders and frosts walk-in cake orders accordingly.
• Maintains display case samples and ensures frosting supplies meet par levels.
• Packages, labels, and stores frosted cakes according to standards and logs frosting and refrigeration.
• Monitors frosting supplies and notifies management when replenishment is needed.
• Inspects baked/frosted cakes for NbC quality and reports issues.
• Cleans, sanitizes, and restocks workstation; assists with equipment cleaning when needed.
• Follows health and safety guidelines and NbC policies, including dress code and hygiene.
• Maintains reliable attendance and punctuality.
