Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take cake orders at the counter.
• Check daily orders, set up production timelines, and verify cake details.
• Decorate cakes and keep up with current designs and trends.
• Prepare daily bakery orders for bakers and manage sizes and deco packs.
• Lead part-time staff, review their work, and assist with cross-training.
• Ensure sanitation, safety, and cleanliness of the workspace.
