Job summary

Best Maid Cookie Company is seeking a Cake Decorator & Traveling Trainer to provide hands-on training in cake decorating and baking to in-store bakery teams across assigned customer accounts. The role focuses on delivering technical expertise, marketing support, and merchandising guidance to help drive sales and product adoption.

You will collaborate with internal teams, present new concepts, and ensure compliance with food safety practices while traveling to customer sites and training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of cake decorating and baking experience; grocery store bakery experience preferred.
• Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to take and submit photos in various formats.
• Ability to work in a bakery environment and operate decorating equipment.
• Ability to work all shifts required by the customer (1st, 2nd, or 3rd).
• Self-starter with organization and time management skills.
• Adaptable to a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide training on cake decorating and baking techniques for customer accounts.
• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies for product portfolio.
• Inform customers about new product types, specifications, and uses.
• Develop and present new ideas and programs to assigned customer accounts.
• Assist sales with presentations, product launches, and follow-up with customers.
• Ensure best-in-class service and tools for customers.
