Job summary

Raley's is seeking a Production Bakery Decorator to join our Cake Room team. You will decorate cakes and pastries, prepare icing, and apply decorative designs using pastry bags, knives, and mixers, contributing to high-volume production with attention to quality.

Responsibilities include setting up and cleaning equipment, following safety guidelines, and maintaining an organized work area to support timely delivery of fresh bakery items to our stores.

Qualifications

• All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Decorate cakes and pastries on production lines in the Cake Room.
• Use decorating tools such as pastry bags, knives, and mixers.
• Set up, operate, and clean equipment following safety standards.
• Prepare cakes for icing and apply decorative borders and designs.
• Assist with filling, icing, and assembling pastry items.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow production schedules.
