Job Overview

Utilizes artistic talents to create beautiful and uniquely decorated bakery items for special occasions, leaving lasting impressions on guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Tops, finishes, and decorates bakery products such as cakes, cookies, pies, etc.
2. Creates visually appealing products to increase sales
3. Fulfills special orders with creative and custom decorations
4. Manages stock levels and replenishes supplies
5. Maintains product freshness and proper display standards
6. Provides excellent customer service, assisting guests with orders and inquiries
7. Maintains cleanliness and organization of the work area
8. Assists other department areas as needed
9. Maintains food safety logs and quality standards
10. Adheres to schedule and attendance requirements
11. Performs other duties as assigned

Physical Demands and Work Environment

1. Standing for extended periods (80%)
2. Lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally
3. Working near moving machinery (60%)
4. Exposure to extreme temperatures (20%)
5. Repetitive hand and wrist motions (90%)

Work Schedule

Part-time, with mornings, afternoons, weekends, and flexibility for evenings and holidays.
