Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet guests politely and provide friendly interactions.
• Prepare product for sale: icing, decorating, pricing, packaging and labeling.
• Maintain product quality and freshness.
• Perform bakery clerk functions when requested.
• Keep sanitation in the cooler, freezer, prep area and sales floor.
• Read and follow cake manuals; write on cakes and mix colors.
• Operate cake production sheets and assist in inventory.
• Achieve budgeted sales, shrink and profits for the cake section.
