Responsibilities

• Greet guests politely and maintain friendly interactions.
• Prepare products for sale (icing, decorating, labeling).
• Maintain product quality and freshness.
• Perform bakery clerk duties as needed.
• Keep cooler, freezer, prep and sales areas clean and sanitized.
• Clean work areas and decorating bags.
• Rotate products in the freezer by variety.
• Communicate guest requests and temperature issues to management.
• Keep supply area tidy.
• Follow cake production sheets and use cake manual.
• Write on cakes and color mixing per chart.
• Master airbrush use.
• Support front porch duties for guest arrival standards.
• Announce specials and sales via PA system.
• Assist in product receiving and storage.
