Job summary

Sam's Club in Wichita, KS is seeking a Cake Decorator to support member service in the bakery area and deliver high-quality decorated bakery items. You will work with a team to ensure proper stock, accurate decorations, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards.

The role involves preparing decorations using bags and tips, maintaining equipment, and assisting members with decorating requests while contributing to overall club performance. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' experience in fresh production area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must complete all required trainings and assessments for the position.

Responsibilities

• Drive member service in the cake/bakery area and collaborate with associates to meet member expectations.
• Plan bakery productions ensuring quality and accuracy of decorations using decorating bags, tips, nozzles and other tools.
• Operate and sanitize equipment and follow food safety, sanitation, cold chain, and inventory controls.
