Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to work a flexible schedule evenings, mornings, weekends and holidays.
Able to interpret and follow instructions.
Stands, moves and lifts items as required throughout shift.

Responsibilities

Support bakery department operations including readiness, staffing, price maintenance, policies and procedures, inventory preparation.
Maintain merchandising and sales floor standards with proper stocking, signings, displays, and zoning.
Adhere to equipment procedures and ensure safe use and cleaning.
Follow food safety guidelines for production, packaging, labeling and weight control.
Capably handle problem solving, safety, teamwork, and customer-focused service.
