Responsibilities

• Provide premier customer service at the service counter and assist customers with questions and product suggestions.
• Dynamically selling products by providing information needed to help customers make product decisions.
• Maintain bakery standards: freshness, rotation, and sanitation; assist with cake decorating and packaging.
• Operate bakery equipment safely (mixer, proofer, slicer, etc.) and wrap/prepare bakery items.
• Restock, rotate stock, and handle catering orders and special requests as needed.
