Job summary

Walmart’s Sam’s Club bakery team in Nashville is seeking a Cake Decorator to deliver high-quality decor and service. You will work with cross-functional teams to maintain stock, ensure product freshness, and educate associates on decorating tools and techniques.

You’ll use digital tools for quick production decisions, support seasonal events, and uphold food safety and sanitation standards while focusing on guest satisfaction and community engagement.

Qualifications

• 6 months’ experience in fresh production area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• I acknowledge that the position for which I am applying requires me to successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if I receive the position.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources.
• Maintain in-stock levels and control shrinkage.
• Plan bakery productions ensuring quality and accuracy of designs.
• Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
• Drive bakery performance, ensure date control and resolve member issues.
