Qualifications

• 6 months' experience in fresh production area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Be an Expert: plans bakery productions ensuring quality and accurate decorative designs using decorating bags, tips, and nozzles.
• Be a Techie: uses handheld tech to drive sales, train associates, and manage production and quality with the member in mind.
• Be an Owner: manages bakery area for quality/date control, waste reduction, seasonal prep, and assists members with decisions and issues.
• Be a Team Member: collaborates with cross-functional teams, educates others on tools/resources, and delivers strong customer service.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: models Walmart values, supports others, and promotes a respectful, team-oriented culture.
