Qualifications

• 6 months' experience in fresh production area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with cross functional teams and educates other associates on tools, tasks and resources.
• Plans bakery productions ensuring consistency in quality and decoration designs.
• Uses decorating bags, tips, and nozzles to create decorative flowers and lettering.
• Leverages handheld technology to drive sales, ordering, training and product quality.
• Drives bakery performance, ensures date control and reduces waste.
• Acts as a brand ambassador, delivering high quality service and products.
• Adheres to policies, ethics and integrity, with open door communication.
