Qualifications

• 6 months' experience in fresh production area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must successfully complete all required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member; collaborates with cross functional teams and educates other associates on tools, tasks and resources.
• Be an Expert; plans bakery productions, ensures quality and decor designs per recipes, uses decorating bags, tips and nozzles.
• Be a Techie; leverages digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience using handheld technology.
