Qualifications

• 6 Months' Experience In Fresh Production Area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources.
• Plan bakery productions ensuring quality and accuracy of designs following recipes and measurements.
• Utilize digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
• Drive bakery area performance, ensuring quality and date control, and assist members with purchasing decisions.
• Act as a brand ambassador, showing high-quality service and products and mentoring others.
• Adhere to company policies and ethics, and complete tasks with progress updates.
• Respect the individual, work as a team, and act with integrity to support Walmart values.
