Job summary

Walmart Saint Charles, MO is seeking a Cake Decorator to support the bakery and serve members with quality decorations and timely service. You will work with associates to maintain stocked bakery items, follow decorative design techniques, and ensure food safety standards.

The role involves hands-on decorating, using bags, tips, and nozzles to create flowers and lettering, while embracing efficiency, safety, and teamwork to meet member needs at the Sam’s Club location.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 6 months' experience in fresh production area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Acknowledges requirement to complete trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: collaborate with cross functional teams and educate others; maintain in-stock levels; control shrinkage.
• Be an Expert: plan bakery productions; ensure quality and decoration accuracy; follow recipes; operate and sanitize equipment; manage inventory.
