Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months' experience in fresh production area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Acknowledge successful completion of required trainings.

Responsibilities

• Team member collaborates with cross functional teams and supports customer service.
• Plans bakery productions ensuring quality and decorative design accuracy using bags, tips and nozzles.
• Leverages digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
• Drives bakery area performance, ensures quality and date control, and handles seasonal prep.
• Models high service standards, trains and mentors others, and upholds company policies.
