• Plan bakery productions ensuring quality and accurate decorative designs.
• Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience and engage associates.
• Drive bakery performance, ensure quality/date control, and reduce waste ahead of seasonal events.
• Maintain sanitation, cold chain compliance, inventory management, and equipment upkeep.
• Mentor and inspire others, upholding respectful, team-oriented work culture.
