Qualifications

• 6 months' experience in fresh production area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• I acknowledge that the position for which I am applying requires me to successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if I receive the position.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: collaborate with cross functional teams, educate others, inform on tools, tasks and resources to deliver customer service.
• Be an Expert: plan bakery productions with consistent quality and decorate items per recipes, ensure food safety and inventory management.
• Be a Techie: use digital tools and handheld tech for sales, training and product quality.
• Be an Owner: drive bakery area performance, manage waste, prep for seasonal events, assist customers with purchases.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: act as a brand advocate, mentor colleagues and promote high-quality service.
