Qualifications

• 6 months' experience in fresh production area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member by collaborating with cross functional teams and providing excellent customer service and maintaining in-stock levels.
• Be an Expert in bakery production, ensuring quality and consistency of decorative designs and following recipes and safety standards.
• Be a Techie by using handheld devices to support production, merchandising, and training.
• Be an Owner of the bakery area, ensuring quality, waste reduction, and preparing for seasonal events.
• Be a Talent Ambassador, delivering high quality service and training teammates while maintaining a respectful, team-oriented environment.
