Qualifications

• Efficient cake and pastry decorating skills.
• Understand color theory for buttercream colors.
• Proficient with various icings and finishes.
• Ability to follow recipes and procedures with good time management.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, fill, and finish/decorate cakes, tarts, pastries, and special-order items.
• Build and decorate cakes following standard procedures and maintain production records.
• Prioritize production lists and adjust as needed to meet demand.
• Merchandise products and provide excellent customer service.
• Provide guidance to Bakery Decorator Apprentices and team members.
