Job Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient and courteous customer service at all times in support of the company mission to "Run the Best Store in Town!"
• Maintain a positive attitude and foster a friendly, fun atmosphere through teamwork and flexibility.
• Create a welcoming environment by greeting customers and providing prompt, courteous service, emphasizing a customer-first approach.
• Prepare and produce quality food and products that meet or exceed customer and company expectations.
• Decorate specialty cakes, including using the photo cake computer.
• Take telephone orders for food and specialty cakes.
• Maintain display case, workstation, and surrounding area cleanliness and organization.
• Assist with proper rotation and dating of food service products.
• Manage product inventory and place orders as needed.
• Ensure all special cake orders are ready for delivery on time.
• Cross-train in multiple areas with varying responsibilities to support team flexibility.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Food service experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to meet physical, mental, and visual demands of the role.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions, perform routine tasks, and interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality during scheduled shifts.
