Job Description

What You’ll Do:

• Decorate Bakery Items: Top, finish, and decorate a variety of bakery products, including bars, pies, cookies, doughnuts, cupcakes, and cakes.
• Enhance Visual Appeal: Create visually appealing bakery items that exceed guest expectations and boost sales.
• Customer Service: Assist guests with bakery needs, take special orders, and bring their cake design ideas to life.
• Stock and Maintain Displays: Keep bakery displays fresh, rotated, and well-stocked.
• Quality and Freshness: Ensure products meet quality standards, removing any that do not.
• Collaborate: Work with other bakery team members to meet department goals and maintain cleanliness.
• Food Safety: Keep logs current and follow all food safety guidelines.
• Attendance: Maintain regular, timely attendance and provide notice for absences.
• Support the Team: Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
