Base pay range

$18.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Position Summary

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what members love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets member expectations.

What you'll do

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, help educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources, and provide excellent customer service.
2. Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensure quality and accuracy in decorative designs, follow food safety standards, and operate equipment.
3. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
4. Be an Owner: Drive bakery performance, ensure quality standards, and assist members with their needs.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service, support team development, and uphold Walmart values.
