Job Description

What You’ll Do:

• Decorate Bakery Items: Finish and decorate a variety of bakery products, including bars, pies, cookies, doughnuts, cupcakes, and cakes.
• Enhance Visual Appeal: Create visually appealing bakery items to boost sales and surpass guest expectations.
• Customer Service: Assist guests with bakery needs, take special orders, and realize their cake design visions.
• Stock and Maintain Displays: Keep bakery displays attractive by rotating products and maintaining stock levels.
• Quality and Freshness: Ensure products meet quality standards and are fresh, removing any that do not.
• Collaborate: Work with other bakery staff to meet department goals and maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Food Safety: Keep logs current and follow all food safety guidelines.
• Attendance: Maintain regular, punctual attendance and provide notice for absences.
• Support the Team: Perform other duties as assigned.
