Position Summary...

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do...

• Be a Team Member: Collaborates with cross-functional teams, helps educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources, and develops interpersonal skills for providing customer service. Maintains flexibility to meet the needs of the business, keeps in stock levels, and controls shrinkage.
• Be an Expert: Plans bakery production, ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs, following recipes and safety standards. Operates and sanitizes equipment, and manages inventory and product layout.
• Be a Techie: Uses digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experience, and elevate engagement. Adapts to new technology and encourages others to do so.
• Be an Owner: Ensures quality and standards in the bakery area, prepares for seasonal events, assists members with purchasing decisions, and resolves issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Acts as a brand advocate, models high-quality service, and mentors others. Supports a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented work environment.
