Position Summary...

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do...

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates, communicate effectively for customer service, be flexible, maintain stock levels, and control shrinkage.
• Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensure quality and accuracy of decorative designs, follow recipes, work with decorating tools, ensure food safety, operate equipment, and understand product layout.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales, enhance shopping experience, and engage associates, utilizing handheld technology for decisions related to production, merchandise, training, and quality.
• Be an Owner: Drive bakery performance, ensure quality and date control, reduce waste, prepare for seasonal events, assist members, and resolve issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote the brand by providing high-quality service, support training, and inspire team work.
