Rosauers Supermarkets is seeking a friendly Baker in Belgrade, ME to join our bakery team. You will bake breads, pastries, and cakes, decorate to customer specifications, and greet shoppers with a warm smile as the face of our bakery.

The ideal candidate has bakery experience, creativity, and a passion for quality. You’ll handle packaging, inventory, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while supporting the store's community focus.

The Opportunity:

We're seeking a Baker to join our dough-lightful team at Rosauers Supermarkets. We're not just any supermarket. We're a community. As our Baker, you'll be the doughy heart of our operations, mixing magic into every pastry, pie, and loaf of bread that comes out of our ovens. Our customers start their day with the smell of your creations wafting through the store - that's some serious responsibility!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Baking a wide variety of breads, pastries, pies, and more - all as delicious as they are beautiful.
• Decorating a wide variety of cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and more to each customer specifications.
• Interacting with customers, and serving them with a big smile - you're the face of our bakery department!
• Carefully packaging our baked goods, because presentation is as important as taste.
• Keeping the bakery department fully stocked, ensuring our customers always find their favorite treats.
• Managing ingredient inventory, ensuring we never run out of what we need to create our tasty goodies.
• Maintaining a clean and safe bakery - because nothing dampens the spirit like a messy kitchen!
• Be ready and willing to take on additional tasks as needed - we're a team, and we help each other out!

• Experience: You're no stranger to a bakery - you've rolled up your sleeves and baked before.
