Job summary

Rosauers Supermarkets Inc. is seeking a bakery team member to craft breads and pastries, assist customers, and keep the display cases inviting. You’ll package goods, manage inventory, and help maintain a clean, safe bakery environment.

The role includes lifting up to 50 pounds, working with care and creativity, and contributing to a friendly community-focused store. Competitive weekly pay applies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous experience in a bakery or similar role.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle physical tasks.
• Ability to obtain a valid food worker card.

Responsibilities

• Bake a wide variety of breads, pastries, pies, and more, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Interact with customers and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Package baked goods with attention to appearance and freshness.
• Keep the bakery fully stocked and organized for customers.
• Manage ingredient inventory to avoid shortages.
• Maintain a clean, safe bakery environment and follow safety standards.
• Be willing to take on additional tasks as needed as part of the team.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Baking a wide variety of breads, pastries, pies, and more - all as delicious as they are beautiful.
• Interacting with customers, and serving them with a big smile - you're the face of our bakery department!
• Carefully packaging our baked goods, because presentation is as important as taste.
• Keeping the bakery department fully stocked, ensuring our customers always find their favorite treats.
• Managing ingredient inventory, ensuring we never run out of what we need to create our tasty goodies.
• Maintaining a clean and safe bakery - because nothing dampens the spirit like a messy kitchen!
• Be ready and willing to take on additional tasks as needed - we're a team, and we help each other out!
