Job summary

Sam's East, Inc. is seeking a Cake Decorator to drive member service in Naples, FL, delivering to members what they love with quality and value. You will work with teammates to ensure bakery offerings meet customer expectations and seasonal needs.

You will decorate bakery items using bags, tips, nozzles, and follow recipes while upholding food safety standards and proper sanitation. You’ll also use handheld devices to assist in sales and stay mindful of inventory and waste reduction.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in fresh production area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to complete trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate other associates on tools and tasks.
• Decorate bakery items using bags, tips, nozzles following recipes and instructions.
• Ensure quality, safety standards and sanitation for bakery items.
• Utilize handheld technology to drive sales and assist customers.
• Assist in inventory management and waste reduction.
• Support seasonal events and member needs with a positive attitude.
