Qualifications

6 months' experience in fresh production area.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Cake decorating experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross functional teams to educate associates on tools, tasks and resources.
Support customer service and help maintain in-stock levels while reducing shrinkage.
Plan bakery productions and ensure quality and accuracy of decorations using decorating bags, tips and nozzles.
Adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain, and inventory management.
Operate, maintain and sanitize equipment; manage layout and product presentation.
Leverage handheld technology to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
Drive bakery performance for seasonal events and member satisfaction.
Act as a brand ambassador upholding Walmart values and customer-first service.
