Job summary

The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Crafter role focuses on finishing decorative touches and assembling orders to ensure accuracy and a high-quality presentation for guests. The Crafter follows NbC decorating standards, handles packaging, and supports guest services while maintaining strict health and safety practices.

Qualifications

• No formal education or work experience is required, but guest service or support experience at a bakery, restaurant or retail store is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assembles cake and balloon orders according to guest specifications and follows NbC decorating and presentation standards.
• Prioritizes workload to ensure orders are completed for pickup or delivery on time.
• Prepares decorations, boxes, bows, and packaging materials for cake orders.
• Monitors inventory of decorating supplies and notifies management when replenishment is needed.
• Evaluates finished cakes to ensure NbC standards and reports quality issues.
• Cleans, sanitizes, and restocks workstation and prepares tools for next shift.
• Assists Guest Service Representative with walk-in guests and phone inquiries.
• Adheres to health and safety guidelines and NbC policies, including dress code and hygiene.
