Job summary

The Nothing Bundt Cakes in Manchester, CT is seeking a Crafter to apply finishing decorative touches to our frosted cakes and assemble orders for guest celebrations. You will follow NbC decorating standards to ensure high-quality presentation for our guests.

Responsibilities include assembling cake and balloon orders, preparing decorations and packaging, managing workload to meet pickup times, and assisting guests as needed while maintaining strict health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Can understand written and oral directions and follow instructions.
• Capable of standing for extended periods while performing tasks.
• Attention to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assembles cake and balloon orders according to guest specifications.
• Prioritizes workload to meet pickup/delivery times.
• Prepares decorations, boxes, bows, and packaging materials.
• Monitors inventory of decorating supplies and notifies management when replenishment is needed.
• Ensures cakes meet NbC standards and communicates issues to management.
• Cleans, sanitizes, and restocks workstation; maintains tools and workspace.
• Assists Guest Service Representative with walk-in guests and phone inquiries.
• Adheres to health, safety guidelines and NbC dress code.
