Base pay range

Position Summary:

The Baker bakes all sizes and flavors of cakes according to set standards and time guidelines. Responsibilities include maintaining par levels, keeping the baking station clean and sanitized, tracking inventory, and communicating needs to management.

Qualifications:

No experience necessary; training will be provided. We seek motivated individuals eager to learn and grow with us.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Baking cakes in various sizes and flavors following established recipes
• Removing cakes from pans and packaging properly
• Storing baked cakes and rotating stock according to standards
• Communicating with management about equipment issues
• Folding boxes and labeling containers
• Tracking inventory of baked goods
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the baking area
• Assisting other departments as needed
