Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain enthusiastic customer awareness with fast, friendly, and accurate service.
• Be courteous and helpful to other associates.
• Understand ingredients, mixes, icings, and colors; coordinate colors.
• Understand production standards for processing of all product.
• Follow manuals for processing, labeling, etc.
• Ensure proper sanitation of department, equipment and handling.
• Handle ordering, receiving, preparation, conditioning, and displaying per policies.
• Adhere to company guidelines and standard practices.
• Follow Food Safety and Workplace Safety guidelines and procedures.
• Report accidents per established procedures to the Manager on Duty.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Wear uniform with apron and name badge; maintain neat appearance.
• Use company tools such as ACIS and CAO.
• Complete CBT, CBT training and courses.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
