Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and interact professionally with guests and coworkers.
• Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and multiple stations.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Less than high school education or up to one month related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests with a smile, takes orders and processes payments.
• Prepares and packages food and drink products.
• Maintains cleanliness of the restaurant, dining room, restrooms and exterior.
• Keeps health and safety standards in work areas.
• Demonstrates knowledge of the Popeyes brand and menu items.
• Checks food quality and temperature to ensure freshness and safety.
• Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed.
• Maintains regular attendance on assigned shifts.
• Acts with integrity and promotes Popeyes culture.
