Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, a world leader in aircraft engines, is seeking a CAIPT Leader to manage Externals hardware from cradle to grave. You will guide a cross-functional team including CIPT Engineering and Sustainment Operations to ensure hardware availability and timely response to issues.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and extensive engineering or program management experience, and U.S. citizenship is required to access the program information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10 years of engineering or program management experience, or an advanced degree with 7 years engineering or program management experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Owner of cradle to grave sustainment items on Externals hardware
• Lead the cross-functional team ensuring hardware support and reducing program risks
• Understands and communicates hardware concerns to all team members to ensure timely resolution
• Expose gaps and identify solutions for hardware supportability
• Present at various meetings to update the larger audience of updates and issues on a regular basis, as well as representing PW as a primary customer contact
• Understands roles and responsibilities of all CAIPT team members
