Job summary

Delaware North Gaming's Wheeling Island Casino is seeking a full-time Cage Supervisor to oversee cage and vault operations and ensure compliance with state and company guidelines while handling cash accurately in a high-volume environment.

You will lead and train team members, assist in daily reporting, monitor inventories, and ensure secure cash bank procedures; the role requires one year of supervisory gaming experience and the ability to obtain a gaming license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in a gaming role
• Must handle large money transactions accurately and reconcile vault
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills in a high-volume environment
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Must obtain and maintain a state gaming license
• No college degree required

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise team, planning and scheduling work assignments
• Participate in selection and training of new team members and ensure knowledge of laws and procedures
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues
• Assist in preparation of daily and weekly reports
• Monitor inventory supplies for cage operations
• Maintain an accurate cash bank and balance money at end of each shift; report variances
• Monitor ticket redemption machines and schedule maintenance as needed
• Maintain supervisor bank transactions daily when necessary

The opportunity

Delaware North Gaming is searching for a full-timeCage Supervisor to join our team at Wheeling Island Casino in Weeling Island, West Virginia. In this role you will oversee all areas of the cage and vault to ensure that all state, federal, and Delaware North guidelines and procedures are being followed.

Pay $19.50 - $19.50 / hour

• Must be able tobend and life occasionally, stand for long periods of time
• Gaming environment, environment may be smoky with moderate-to-high noise levels
