Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the operation of the Cage Player's Club during a designated shift.
- Supervises the Main Bank Cashier, Credit Clerk, and Cage Cashier/Player's Club staff during the shift.
- Evaluates employee performance of clerks during the assigned shift.
- Performs credit verifications in accordance with PGCB regulations, including gathering necessary information for credit decisions on all applications.
- Authorizes and issues complimentary services to patrons following the approved Complimentary Matrix, as part of internal control section 465a.7.
- Maintains strict confidentiality regarding financial information, operating systems, company policies and procedures, marketing plans, and employee and guest information.
- Understands computer applications related to Cage operations, including marker, front money, safekeeping activities, Oasis, Ultipro, and self/exclusion searches.
- Ensures compliance with all standard operating procedures, gaming regulations, and federal regulations such as Title 31.
- Ensures the security of all casino funds.
- Understands the transfer of currency and coin from the count room to the Vault, including TRM and ATM systems. Prepares funds for TRM and ATM replenishment.
- Manages issuance, receipt, and accountability of funds to and from TRMs and ATMs, including performing drop and fill processes in the absence of count room staff.
- Performs any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Experience and Educational Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- At least one year of experience in cage operations or banking preferred.
- Must obtain and maintain all required certifications.
- Must complete all necessary company training.
